The first air-conditioned room is sold as a double or a twin having both a double and a single bed.
It’s a very comfortable room at a great value price (local resort prices for a room similar to this would very often be up to three times the cost)
Facilities include en-suite with hot shower, cable tv, mini-bar and balcony with great sunset views. This room is currently priced at 28.50 US$ a night based on two people. The room can sleep up to three but an extra 300 baht/night surcharge applies.

If there is availability for your chosen time then we will provisionally book the room and let you know by return email, we will also supply you with payment details so you can secure the room online should you wish to proceed.

Cancellation policy
If the booking is cancelled prior to three days before agreed arrival time then we will reimburse 50% of the paid deposit.
If a booking is cancelled within three days of the agreed arrival date no deposit can be reimbursed.
Check-In - 1pm (unless the room is already vacant)
Check-Out 9:30am - 11am
