Beach Sunset

This project is situated on the west coast of Koh Samui, just north of Nathon town (3 km). The resort is at an early stage of development. There are a total of 16 plots/houses for sale, with 10 of these being small chalets (66 m2), ideal for holiday rental purposes, or for people staying, for example, in Bangkok, looking for a getaway for the weekend.

There are also 6 beach-front plots for sale (plots 11 – 16) offering 3 bedroom with 4 bathroom designs, with conventional brick/rock construction. All have private pools.

The project includes a communal pool & restaurant, 24-hour security, and a general maintenance program. The beach is swimmable, but shallow at low tide. (you can walk the dog at low tide) There are also unbelievable sunsets here, nearly every day of the year.
